Online Purchase Orders

Currently, we are accepting online Purchase Orders (POs) from district offices, public schools, private schools, and other approved businesses. To place an order, simply add items to your cart and choose the "Purchase Order" option during the payment process. Enter your official school Purchase Order number and proceed to confirm and place your order. Once your online order is submitted, kindly note your order number and include it on your official signed PO. You can then either email the signed PO to info@geyerinstructional.com or send it via mail. Upon receipt of the signed confirmation PO, we will process your order promptly.

Purchase Orders via Email, Mail, and Fax

For your convenience, we also accept Purchase Orders via email, mail, or fax. Please send your Purchase Orders to info@geyerinstructional.com. To ensure prompt shipping, it is essential that all POs contain the following information:

  • Complete billing and shipping addresses
  • Contact name, telephone number, and email address of the department or person responsible for payment
  • Appropriate shipping and handling fees (please refer to our website for details)
  • Geyer item numbers
